Variants

そちらsochiraformal
the deferential stand-in for それ／そこ, and the normal way to say "your end" in business speech — そちらのご都合つごうはいかがですか.
そうsoualternant
the same そ standing for a whole predicate rather than a thing — 「明日あしたは休やすみだ」「そうなんですか」.
