Sentence-initial また、 is a different word class — a conjunction joining
clauses, "also, and besides" — and takes no verb of its own.

もう一度
もう一度 asks for one more instance right now, また only marks that a repeat happens at all — so "say that again" is もう一度言いってください, while また言いってください pushes the repeat off to some later occasion.

まだ
One vowel apart and both stand before the verb, but また counts a repeat and まだ says the situation is unchanged — また来きた says the person came a second time, まだ来きていない that they have not come at all yet.
